What is TeamSpeak 6?
It is the new generation of TeamSpeak, the voice chat software used by gaming communities, teams and study groups. TS6 brings a renewed interface and keeps what has always worked: low latency, organized channels and detailed permissions.
How long until my server is ready?
Creation is automatic. As soon as payment is confirmed, the server is created in the chosen location and you can sign in to the panel with the email and password you registered.
How does payment work?
Payment is made on the secure Mercado Pago page with Pix, card or bank slip. We do not store card data.
Can I choose where my server is located?
Yes. At checkout you choose the location: Brasil. The closer to you and your friends, the lower the latency.
What can I do in the panel?
See who is online in real time, create and edit channels, generate administrator keys, moderate users (kick and ban), adjust the name and welcome message, and start, stop and back up the server.
How do I renew?
Before the due date the panel shows a notice with a renew button. Payment works the same way and the new term is added automatically.
What if I forget to renew?
There is a grace period after the due date. After that the server is stopped, without deleting your data, and comes back as soon as the renewal is paid.
Is my data safe?
Each customer has their own isolated server in a container, with exclusive credentials, and you can create server backups whenever you want.
